Big Changes in the port catholic phoenix basketball tournament

The dates, format, and even the location has been changed for the 08-09 Port Catholic Tournament.  

Previously, Port Catholic hosted a single two-week long tournament for boys and girls in 6-8th grade during February.

Beginning this year, Port will have two shorter tournaments, one in November and the other in February. Additionally, they will add a 5th grade bracket for both boys and girls.

Details:

7th & 8th grade boys & girls tournament - Friday - Sunday November 28-30

5th & 6th grade boys & girls tournament - Thursday - Sunday February 19-22

All teams guaranteed 3 games for both tournaments

Tournaments will be conducted at two sites; the Immaculate Conception gym in Saukville and the Port Catholic Gym at St. Peter's in Port Washington.  Championship rounds will be at St. Peter's only.

Tournaments will run all day on November 28th 29th, and February 21st.  Evening only February 19th and 20th. Afternoon and early evening only November 30th and February 22nd.
